[ When he and Tom collected money from targets, he just held onto it as they continued on with their jobs. It never involved staying in one place the entire time. ]

Huh? I already ate before coming here. It's not like I knew it was going to be like this, so I went through my usual routine...

Honestly, no matter what those options were, he'd prefer to have milk in there anyway. As tough as he was, Shizuo's insides weren't so different from most people's. ]

[He's got plenty of jobs for Shizuo to do. And plenty of money to give him.

He brings over the bottle of milk.]

[ While he has no qualms about drinking straight from the bottle normally, it feels weird to do that in some stranger's home. Starting to get up from his seat, he'll ask; ]

Where d'you keep your cups?

[He points to a cupboard beside him.]

That's where the coffee and tea cups are if want something later.

Right, thanks.

[ He'll just go get that to pour out a cup of milk and return the rest to the fridge for now. Given that it's a stranger's house, essentially, he's being polite and everything. ]

[He does appreciate it. Although, Shizuo could have just drank from the bottle if he wanted to.]

Are you sure you don't want anything to eat?

[bartenderizing]

[ Well, he grew up with manners just as much as he grew up with milk. ]

Like I said, I thought this wouldn't be so different from my usual job, so I ate my fill before leaving.

[He begins to plate his breakfast, standing and eating it.]

I do like keeping things interesting.

What's your regular job like?

[bartenderizing]

Pretty normal.

[ Then again, what counted as normal in Ikebukuro? ]

It's just making sure Tom's safe when we go to collect money for the debts people rack up. Sometimes people fight it, but there's nothing particularly unique or unexpected about it.

Sounds perfect for a man of your power. I know you're not violent, but you certainly are strong.

[He let out a chuckle again.]

I bet he appreciates the help. He'll be okay while you're here?

[ He had his own opinions involving his 'strength' and 'power.' It was all a pain, not 'perfect.' ]

He's the one that did me the favor of working with him in the first place. Besides, if he wasn't okay with it, I wouldn't be here. You'd have just gotten the money back and that'd have been it. So you should be thanking him.

[And neither would Shizuo.]

[ The first job is always the roughest. By the time the third job comes about, there's something of a routine and relaxed atmosphere in the apartment. Niles has learned a few things- aside from the wild mess that Shizuo's hair is when he doesn't straighten it, it's in the morning while he's still waking up that he's also the most 'agreeable.' In that he's more likely to go along with things until he's had something to wake him up. Even then, he's more likely to continue being okay with it.

Another is that Shizuo's actually a pretty big boy, especially compared to the local sizes, though it's something he wouldn't find out through intentional means.

Shizuo just sleeps on his back and it was hard to miss last night. Which was also the first time he just skipped the process of changing into night clothes and went with his usual thing, of just wearing his boxers to bed. More signs of him having gotten comfortable with this whole arrangement. ]

M'rning.

[ He's still waking up while getting to the kitchen, but even half asleep he can get mugs down from the cupboard. It seems like he never wakes up first, unless he absolutely had to. Similar to how he didn't bother going through the act of getting into night clothes, Shizuo didn't even bother forcing himself to change just yet- opting to wake up before he showered and dressed. Which seems to be his more normal routine. ]

[Niles hasn't tried anything yet. Although Shizuo's been willing to stay a bit longer for each job, so he's been willing to push things out a bit. This time, Shizuo's working with him for a week.

Finding out last night, he knows for certain that he wants Shizuo to get naked for him and to have lots of wild, raunchy sex. The trick is... how to do that?

Besides, of course, doing it against his will. He's not interested in that.]

[He is awake first. Coffee is already made, and Niles is drinking a cup of it. Looking at the bodyguard, and down to his boxers.]
